After several weeks ago there was no certainty about what the BMW M5 2012 will look like, the waiting has finally over. The car is ready to launch and in the middle of manufacturing process.

The BMW M5 2012 is the new line of sport car from the Bavarian car manufacturer and some of the important parts ?especially the machines and engine ? will be made different. The car is running on the V10 twin engine of 4.4 liters that is able to produce about 500 hp. The new design will be shown at the Shanghai Motor Show. Besides the changes in machinery department, the car will have different looking front bumper, flares, and fenders. It seems that the company has been thinking about making the sporty look even tougher and stronger without adding too much addition.

The V8 engine is still used by crossover lines of BMW X5 and X6 and it?s expected that it will go along with the fuel economy plan. The M5 is still able to reach about 62 mph in just about 4.4 seconds. The M5 is designed to be able to compete against CTS-V Cadillac, the CLS AMG Mercedes-Benz, and the Audi S6. Sounds a great competition to wait, huh?
